Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a fabulous location near the evening entertainment and was maintained in shiny condition. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The service included convenient car hire options, shops/commercial services, and laundry facilities. The hotel's proximity to Cockroach Alley in Los Christianos Tenerife, fantastic beaches, and a lovely little beach made for an ideal setting. Despite some limited dining options and just boiled eggs available, the overall experience was positive.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, but they are not cleaned regularly enough by the cleaner. The rear windows of the apartment needed attention. The service was efficient in providing car hire and access to shops/commercial services, but the laundry service could be improved. The location provided convenient access to a power shower, a restaurant with a good variety of food, evening entertainment, and the Dino-water park, with the downside of limited options to get food through the day when restaurants are closed. The dining options were not to my liking, except for the home-baked Alentejo bread. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is located conveniently close to two fantastic beaches with good amenities, making it easy to access the city center. I enjoyed the evening entertainment and getting involved with the animation teams games; however, I was a bit scared to go into the restaurant after that. The rooms were clean, and the balcony provided a nice touch to enjoy the evening entertainment. On the whole, the hotel is clean, and the rooms were very well cleaned, although there was a minor issue with the cleanliness in some areas. While the dining options were not entirely to my liking, I did appreciate the make-your-own pancake machine.
